What size should I order if she's between sizes?
Size up. Our sizes are grouped rather than exact, so if she's between an XS (6) and an S (7/8), the larger one will usually give her more wear. The quickest check is to measure a dress she already loves against the length chart above.
How should I wash her tennis dress?
Machine wash cold with like colors and tumble dry low. Use non-chlorine bleach only when you need it, and a cool iron if the pleats need reviving. High heat is the fastest way to tire out a stretch fabric, so skip the hot wash and the high dryer setting.
What does she need for her first lesson?
One outfit and a water bottle will do it. Most girls start in a dress because it's ready to go on its own. Add a visor if she's playing outdoors in the middle of the day, plus a pair of real athletic socks for all that sliding and stopping.
What if the size is wrong when it arrives?
You have 15 days from purchase to return an item and 30 days to exchange it. Just keep the tags on and make sure it hasn't been worn or washed. An exchange is usually the easier route for a sizing miss, since she keeps the style she picked and just moves a size. Anything marked 50% off or more is a final sale.
