Returns & Exchanges

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept returns for a full refund within 15 days from the date you received your order.

We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • Item/s must be in original condition with hang tags attached
  • Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way
  • Item/s marked as final sale cannot be exchanged or returned

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.

HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?

  1. Submit your return request to info@shopluckyinlove.com. Please make sure to include your order confirmation number. Receive your return shipping label with RA (Return Authorization) number.
  2. Pack items securely in your package of choice and include the Return Form provided.
  3. Affix the return shipping label with RA number to your package.
  4. Drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office.

Items returned without a valid RA number will be returned to sender and will not be processed.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?

We will refund you through the same method you used to pay within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?

Lucky in Love values 100% customer satisfaction. If a product was damaged or shipped incorrectly please call immediately our Customer Service at 305.638.5484.

A Customer Service Representative will provide you with return instructions. You will not be charged for shipping of replacement items.
