We accept returns within 15 days from the order date for a full refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Items at 50% off or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Return Requirements:
Item(s) must be in original condition with hang tag and accessories included.
Item(s) must not have been worn, stained, washed, or altered in any way.
Item(s) marked as Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet the above requirements.

To start a new return, click here. Once your return is authorized, you will receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Pack the items securely in your package of choice and include the Return Authorization (RA) number provided. Affix the return shipping label with the RA number to your package, and drop your package off at a U.S. Postal Service mailbox or post office. Please Note: Free shipping labels are not included in international orders. Items returned without a valid RA number will be returned to the sender and will not be processed.

Yes, Lucky in Love allows exchanges within 30 days of purchase. If you need a different size or color, you can easily process an exchange through our Returns & Exchanges portal here. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
