1.How do I place a team order?

Once you have registered and received your team code within 48hrs (2 business days), simply shop on our website and enter
the code at checkout to apply your team discount.

2.Do you offer team discounts?

Yes, we offer team discounts for organized pickleball and tennis teams, including USTA, inter-club, and
local recreational teams. Discounts apply to apparel, shoes, bags, and accessories.

3.What are your shipping costs and delivery times?

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $149. For smaller orders, a $6 standard shipping rate applies. Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days from our warehouse in Miami, FL. Delivery typically occurs within 5-7 business days.

 
International Shipping: Available through DHL. Rates are viewable at checkout. All
applicable taxes and duties are calculated at checkout for your convenience.

 
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

4.Do you customize uniforms?

We do not offer customization services at this time.

5.What is your return and exchange policy for team uniforms?

We accept returns within 15 days for a full refund and exchanges. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached.

 Items discounted by 50% or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

A $6 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
