    Very poor customer service

    Sadly, I will not be purchasing anything more from Lucky in Love. I really like the styles and fit of the Lucky in Love brand. Unfortunately the customer service is non-existent!! When you call you receive a recorded message advising you to e-mail and do your return online. I did email, but I never received a response.

    I am extremely disappointed. I was not able to return the skirt or exchange it. I accidentally purchased it twice so now I am stuck with 2 of the same skirt! The skirt is still in the original package.

    Customer service is an extremely important part of any business. The fact that you do not value your customers means I would rather shop at one of the many other tennis/pickleball shops that appreciate their customers.

    I am 1 of 842 members of the pickleball club I belong to. I am sure they would also like to shop where customers are appreciated.
